  • The Intelligent Monitoring System performs the functions of signal detecting & monitoring, signal technology specifications monitoring and intelligent monitoring.

 

  • For the function of signal detecting & monitoring, users may monitor through split-windows large-screen rear projection screen. For all signals of entrance and exit, users can select the monitoring router mode for selective monitoring. For the signals from main signal sources, Users can select fixed access monitoring mode. Each router also has special exits to gain access to the large-screen optional signals.   

 

  • For the function of signal technology specifications monitoring, there are 3 working positions and each position has a set of HD oscilloscope, HD monitor and audio monitor.

 

  • In view of the great quantities of overall controlling equipments, signals and the complexity of operation, NDT designed the dedicated intelligent monitoring software for this system. This software consists of the equipment and signal automatic monitoring & controlling system and the task management part, which have the following features:

 

  • Monitoring equipment status of the system, the fault location, the analysis of the causes of alarm, generating alarm log and recording the program before and after the fault.

 

  • Obtaining the function of failure filtering according to task scheduling

 

  • Being capable of self-designating alarm & processing logic. And this software can handle simple faults automatically according the preset logic and sound alarm.

 

  • All equipment parameters of the system are saved in the server. Where a equipment is replaced, the parameters will be written automatically. And where the parameters change unexpectedly, this software can write the original parameters back automatically. This software can also automatically adjust the parameters of A/D gain, frame synchronization phase and the like according to the difference of input and output. 

 

  • Monitoring signal quality, including the router system and broadcast exit. Controlling the monitoring equipments to automatically and cyclically test the important indicators of each channel EDH and signal levels. Generating reports regularly.

 

  • Monitoring computer processes, memory, CPU and the service condition of network traffic occupancy, and sounding the alarm.

 

  • Controlling the displayed areas and positions, signal scheduling, background images, the UMD content colors and so on.

 

  • The main monitoring items: equipments’ power supplies, fans, equipments and module status, input signals, router’s switch and input & output signals, equipments’ operating parameters, and VLC Player running state; handling the parameter’s adjustment of equipments’ gain, phase and the like; adjusting the receiver’s frequency and other parameters.

  • System task management, including producing a reservation list by program departments, leaders’ signing, replies confirming, tasks confirming and execution-scheduling.

 

  • Perfect authorization management and dynamic authorization granting. Grant each terminals, inputs and outputs authorization according to the reservation list; avoiding unauthorized program scheduling and unsigned program transmission. Dynamic adjustment of terminal’s authorization.

 

  • Recording function. Recording every operation and the content before and after the alteration. Saving the shift records, task records and troubleshooting records, with a search function.

 

  • Automatic prompts function, such as on-duty task, the latest notice, line modification and time signals.

 

  • Simultaneously recording satellite signals of live broadcast signal source through controlling servers with VLCPlayer. 

 

  • Controlling the technical monitor to automatic tracking the switched ports during manual scheduling.

 

  • The Reviewing, signing and confirming of the programs uploaded by the program departments

 

  • Usage statistics and cost accounting.

 

  • Long-distance status information transmission and processing.
